Vivian's makeup makes me pretty on my big day, like literally all of my friends and families said I looked really pretty on that day. I still looked me, not somebody else, but her makeup brings the best of me. Vivian would accomodate to my request (clean and tidy hair look), even though it was her out of comfort zone, and yet she really did her best and delivered flawlessly as what I expected even though this was her first time doing this look. She was very patient in the trial session, did longer hours to do trial and error on my request until I am happy with the look. Just concluded my wedding on 10.10.2021.I had makeup service with my bridal studio package but I didn’t like the fee structure so I searched for a MUA on my own so that I can cancel the makeup service wif my bridal studio.Contacted Vivian on 23 March 2020 and paid deposit on 24 March 2020 to secure her time on a super hot date of 10.10.2021 (sorry folks!) because her fees are !19-months EARLY and we went through the Covid period on thin thread successfully without having to change anything.No regrets!I am to start makeup around 5AM or so but Vivian is super early (4:30AM)!!! She is also friendly to talk to. I am a very chill person in general, but when I don’t know anything about makeup & hairstyling and I also can’t see any difference between styles, I’m even more chill than normal. I just say to Vivian - 随便啦 But she NO 随便! Did a great job with my makeup and I received paises from relatives that my hair is done reali pretty.Not only is Vivian good at her profession, she is also a great Chef and Baker. I ordered butter cookies from her as morning snacks for our bridesmaids & groomsmen. Vivian was not my first choice of MUA but i'm glad I found her on IG and has not looked back since! Her rates is on par and affordable depending on your needs. Engaged Vivian for both PWS and AD (including mum's makeup)! She knows her work and I must say she is super good in hairstyles! All i did was to show pictures of her past works to mix and match and then trusting her to do what she think is perfect. Loved my hairdo! As for AD makeup, I feel it is on the heavier side but I don't mind it! I did not have to do any touch up throughout 12 hrs of AD even when i had a mini outdoor photoshoot and my solemnisation was outdoors! The only problem i had was slight smudge under the eyes which it shouldn't be obvious in photos. She uses good products and is not a problem for me as I have very sensitive and combi skin. Vivian is also friendly, accomodating and speedy in replies too!

Not only does she provide quality advice (what colours suit your skintone, what look goes well with your bridal gown and venue/theme, etc), but she is also very professional with quality make up tools and very very punctual (very important if you have a tight schedule planned for the day). She believes in showing the best side of every bride, and I received tons of compliments for the beautiful and natural makeup and gorgeous hairstyle!! My look was impeccable from any angle Even though I was concerned about my shorter hair, based on the look that Vivian created, you definitely cannot tell at all! Vivian is such an artist! Highly recommended. She was early on both days (as mentioned by others when i read reviews) and very skilled at what she does. Not only that, she was able to give advice on colour decisions etc even when I was originally not keen on it. For example, she suggested a lipstick colour brighter than what I am used to, but I decided to listen to her and it turned out so well! I was very happy with my looks on both days and received many compliments. Especially love how skilled she is with hair styling - was in love with my second day’s hair and so sad to remove it. One last thing i enjoyed was just her easy and comfortable presence - being with her for 4-6 hours or slightly more in total, I was very at ease throughout the whole process which is a definite plus point for any bride.

Vivian was so warm and endearing during the whole process of dolling both my mother and I up. Although I was sleepy in the morning, Vivian brightened up my day. She was meticulous, and ultra responsible always arriving way earlier than our set time. I received many rave reviews on my look. She made my eyes stand out, and the makeup was so durable that it was still almost the same after 12 hours. And mind you, I was lying down on the floor and running about (for my PWS) in the afternoon.

On top of that, she also followed us throughout the PWS photoshoot. She helped me changed 4 hairdos and 4 gowns too. And outdoor photoshoot usually is very hot, but yet she still follows me to the toilet and change gown with no complaints too!! We use the wheelchair access toilet for bigger space. "Big, big, thank you to Vivian for doing my hair & make up for my wedding reception in Nov. She got the brief on the theme (1920s, Great Gatsby) immediately and my make-up was glamourous without being OTT and definitely tailored to suit my features. Vivian's a perfectionist when it comes to her work and will go the extra mile to make sure her brides feel comfortable and look awesome. I had a dress change for my reception and was going to change my own headdress myself but Vivian offered to stay to make sure my hair stayed perfect.
